ARE THERE MINIMUM HOURS PER VISIT?

Yes, there is a minimum of 5 hours per visit.

IF I BOOK SPRING CLEANING WITH CARPET CLEANING, CAN YOU DO BOTH ON THE SAME DAY?

Yes, it is typically completed within the allotted time for spring cleaning on the same day.

CAN I GO OUT WHILE YOU CLEAN MY PROPERTY OR I HAVE TO STAY IN?

When it is not necessary for you to be present while the cleaning is being done, we have no issue if you like to stay. Please be aware that in order to inspect the quality of the cleaning yourself when it is finished, you must be there.

IS VAT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

You no longer pay VAT when booking with us because it is no longer applied to the quotations we provide. If this changes, we will update this page.

IF I AM NOT SATISFIED, WHAT SHALL I DO?

Please notify us within 24 hours following the service if you are dissatisfied with the work performed, and we will return to redo the problematic area at no additional cost. Outside of 24 hours, complaints won’t be taken into consideration.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR PARKING?

Parking fees, if any, will be tacked on to your total.

No parking fees will apply if you give us a visitors parking permit while we are working or if we are allowed to park for free.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE SERVICE?

We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. The payment for the cleaning must be made on the day of the service, if it is cash directly to the cleaners.

DO YOU PROVIDE SPRING CLEANING OVER THE WEEKEND OR BANK HOLIDAY?

Yes, we provide services over the weekends and on Bank Holidays. Usually there is not any extra charge to be paid.

WHO PROVIDES THE MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT?

It is your choice, you can provide your own cleaning materials and equipment, however if we must supply materials and equipment additional charge may apply.

HOW CAN I CANCEL THE ALREADY BOOKED ONE OFF CLEANING SERVICE?

You must cancel your cleaning 48 hours in advance, if you fail to give the appropriate notice; you will be charged 50% from your estimated charge.

DO I NEED TO DEFROST THE FREEZER OR YOU CAN DO IT?

You must defrost it for us, or if the cleaning is for more than 6 hours we can defrost and clean it, otherwise it may not be defrosted fully and we may not be able to clean it properly.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ONE OFF SPRING CLEANING AND END OF TENANCY CLEANING?

One Off Spring Cleaning is hourly based and charged cleaning service, performed to freshen up and deep clean everything in your home top to bottom, in- and outside. One or more cleaners depending on your requirements will be assigned to complete the job.

There are set prices for End of Tenancy Cleaning depending on the property size, where our professional team clean the whole property once it’s been vacated (when the tenancy is ended). A customised task list is followed to complete all required deep cleaning tasks as per the Estate Agency/Landlord instructions for a successful full return of the Deposit.
